As we know that Air Asia X having their booking sale for Kuala Lumpur - Paris new route on 22 November 2010 at 07:00 (GMT+8, Malaysia time).

Ticket fare (all-in-fare) from as low as RM499/way from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Paris, France.
Or Euro 99/way from Paris to Kuala Lumpur.

For those who book the return ticket on same booking number, you will find that the return (all-in-fare) ticket not RM499 x 2 ways = RM 998 but is RM 1226.  

Why need to pay more RM 228 ?

Okay, actually I also don't know why but may be this is AA marketing strategic.

From my understanding, this is because you are booking the ticket at RM 474 fare plus local airport tax and fee.

That is why you end up with RM 1226.

As I already given some tips on last post (click HERE to read), actually you can get the return ticket at RM 924.70.

All you need to do is to book the ticket separately. Mean KL-Paris (1 booking) and Paris-KL (another 1 booking).

As a result, you manage to save RM 301.30/pax for your return ticket.

** That is some risk when book separately.

Today I also receive some update from AirAsia Facebook fan page show that those who paying with Euro currency is encounter technical issue. Payment with MYR currency is alright.

Those who book your ticket separately sure will impact. Please check with your credit card provider to check on the payment.
