OMG, effective 03 Nov 2010, Air Asia already increase their pre-book Baggage Supersize Fee for Supersize Regular (15kg) from RM20 to RM30.
History shown that the Supersize Regular start from RM5 to RM10, then from RM10 to RM20. Now from RM20 to RM30. Future from RM30 to ???.
As we all practice, our check-in luggage normally only weight 10-20 kg/person. And only small group of people having their check-in luggage more than 20kg.
To increase Air Asia revenue, it is their strategy to increase baggage supersize fee for Supersize Regular (15kg) and Supersize Medium (20kg) BUT reduce baggage supersize fee for Supersize Large (25kg) and Supersize Extra Large (30kg).
So, for those who like shopping, congratulation, you SAVE a lot and can buy more thing back to home.
For me, so sad, it will increase my budget.
